ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 760

AB760-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB760-AA2,1,3 1. Page 12, line 3: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 13, line 17.

AB760-AA2,1,5 2. Page 18, line 11: delete “(1) A" and substitute “(1) (a) Except as provided in par. (b), the commission or another".

AB760-AA2,1,6 3. Page 18, line 13: after that line insert:

AB760-AA2,1,8 “(b) A filing officer other than the commission may terminate a registrant under par. (a) only if the registrant has not done any of the following:

AB760-AA2,1,9 1. Held an elective office during the 3 years prior to the proposed termination.

AB760-AA2,1,11 2. Filed a new or amended registration statement during the 3 years prior to the proposed termination.

AB760-AA2,2,2 3. After being exempt for more than 3 years from filing campaign finance reports, responded within 60 days from the date on which the filing officer attempted to contact the registrant using the contact information specified on the registrant's most current registration statement.”.
