AB612-AA1,1,3 “ Section 1d. 103.155 of the statutes is created to read:

AB612-AA1,1,11 103.155 COVID-19 notice posted. (1) Each employer that does not require that its employees be immunized against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and that has any employees, volunteers, or contractors who interact in person with the public or customers shall post a notice in a form approved by the department that states that the employer does not require such an immunization. Employers that are required to post a notice under this subsection shall post the notice at each entrance to the place of employment that is typically used by the public or customers and is readily visible to the public or customers who are entering the place of employment.

AB612-AA1,2,2 (2) Any individual may file a complaint with the department if the individual believes that an employer has violated sub. (1). The department may investigate violations and issue orders to enforce this section. The investigations and orders under this subsection shall be made as provided under s. 103.005.

AB612-AA1,2,6 (3) An employer that employs fewer than 10 employees and that violates sub. (1) shall forfeit not more than $100 per violation. An employer that employs 10 or more employees and that violates sub. (1) shall forfeit not more than $500 for each violation.

AB612-AA1,2,7 (4) The department shall promulgate rules to implement this section.”.
