1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
21. Page 1, line 3: delete “commercial waterways and Great Lakes waters." and
3substitute “certain waterways.".
42. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
5page 4, line 2.
63. Page 4, line 4: substitute “Change" for “Amendments".
74. Page 4, line 16: substitute “change" for “amend".
85. Page 4, line 20: substitute “change" for “amendment".
96. Page 4, line 23: substitute “change" for “amendment".
107. Page 5, line 17: delete “municipality." and substitute “municipality, if the
11concessions provide a significant public benefit to the public interest.".

18. Page 5, line 22: after that line insert:
2“(h) The application requires that the proceeds from any lease or license to
3private or public entities to create or operate a concession, as defined in s. 30.2039
4(1) (a), be used by the municipality to promote the public interest in navigable waters
5pursuant to a plan approved by the department. This paragraph does not apply to
6revenue from real property taxes received by the municipality.”.

2015. Page 9, line 7: delete “and" and substitute “and, with respect to areas that

22statehood,".

116. Page 9, line 14: after “areas," insert “areas designated for private use that
2may have been part of a riverbed at the time of statehood shall not be subject to a
3navigational servitude and, for areas that may have been part of the submerged bed
4of a Great Lakes water at the time of statehood,".
