AB318-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB318-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 14.

AB318-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 20: after that line insert:

AB318-AA1,1,5 “ Section 6m. 23.24 (3) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB318-AA1,1,8 23.24 (3) (d) A permit issued under this subsection for aquatic plant management in a private pond that is greater than 5 acres in size shall be valid for a period of not less than 5 years.”.

AB318-AA1,1,9 3. Page 3, line 22: after “pond" insert “that is less than 5 acres in size".
