AB255-AA1,1,4 “(am) “Independent pharmacy" means a pharmacy operating in this state that is any of the following:

AB255-AA1,1,6 1. Licensed under s. 450.06 or 450.065 and under common ownership with no more than 4 other pharmacies.

AB255-AA1,1,8 2. Licensed under s. 450.06 and the licensee is a federally recognized Indian tribe in this state.”.
