8under this subsection in English and any other language spoken by a significant
9number of residents in the school district, as determined by the school board, a
10significant number of pupils enrolled in the charter school, as determined by the
11operator of the charter school, or a significant number of pupils enrolled in the
12private school, as determined by the governing body of the private school. The
13department shall develop and post on its website a model sign that complies with the
1requirements of this subsection and annually notify school boards, operators of
2charter schools established under s. 118.40 (2r) or (2x), and governing bodies of
3private schools participating a program under s. 115.7915, 118.60, or 119.23 of the
4the requirement under this subsection.".
