SB8-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB8-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 6 and substitute:

SB8-SA1,1,10 “(b) The department of health services, in implementing the COVID-19 vaccine distribution plan, must allocate and distribute COVID-19 vaccinations for individuals at the beginning of the allocation phase in which the individual becomes eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccination under the COVID-19 vaccine distribution plan. The legislature, understanding the detrimental role in injecting political bias or partisanship in this process, shall not determine priority or otherwise interfere with the allocation or distribution of the COVID-19 vaccinations.”.
