SB625-SA2,1,3 “ Section 1g. 348.27 (9) (a) 1. b. of the statutes is amended to read:

SB625-SA2,1,10 348.27 (9) (a) 1. b. The transportation of raw forest products, lumber, or forestry biomass anywhere upon USH 2 in Iron County, Florence County, or Ashland County, or Bayfield County, or upon USH 2 in Bayfield Douglas County from the Ashland Bayfield County line through Hart Lake Road Marina Drive in the city of Superior, or upon USH 53 from Marina Drive through N. 5th Street in the city of Superior if the vehicle or combination of vehicles does not violate length or weight limitations under Michigan law.”.
