SB564-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB564-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: delete “not fewer than 3" and substitute “multiple".

SB564-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 9: delete the material beginning with “The department" and ending with “bid criteria." on line 10.

SB564-AA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 22: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 7, and substitute:

SB564-AA1,1,8 “ Section 2. Initial applicability.

SB564-AA1,1,12 (1) If the department of corrections has a contract in effect on the effective date of this subsection with a vendor who provides services substantially similar to those specified in s. 301.323 (2), this act first applies to a solicitation for bids for services to be provided upon completion or termination of the contract.”.
