3“ Section 46m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on January 1, 2022,
4except as follows:

5(1) Allowing disclosures. The treatment of s. 632.861 (2) takes effect on the
6day after publication.

7(2) Cost-sharing limitation. The treatment of s. 632.861 (3) takes effect on
8June 30, 2021.

9(3) Audits. The treatment of s. 632.865 (6) takes effect on June 30, 2021.”.
