SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 232

SB232-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB232-SA1,1,5 1. Page 3, line 9: delete “application." and substitute “application, and if a person whose application for a credential is denied subsequently applies for the credential, the person may not be granted that credential with provisional status under the rules promulgated under sub. (1) (a) or (b).".

SB232-SA1,1,6 2. Page 3, line 13: after that line insert:

SB232-SA1,1,7 “(4) This section does not apply to a credential granted under ch. 452.”.
