1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
21. Page 15, line 9: after that line insert:
3 Section 25m. 71.05 (6) (a) 30. of the statutes is created to read:
4 71.05 (6) (a) 30. For taxable years beginning after December 31, 2018, the
5amount of the loans under sections 276 (a) and (b) and 278 (a) of Division N of P.L.
6116-260 forgiven in the taxable year received for the operation of a business owned
7in whole or in part by a Wisconsin state legislator.”.
82. Page 26, line 5: after that line insert:
9 Section 53m. 71.26 (2) (a) 13. of the statutes is created to read:
10 71.26 (2) (a) 13. For taxable years beginning after December 31, 2018, plus the
11amount of the loans under sections 276 (a) and (b) and 278 (a) of Division N of P.L.
12116-260 forgiven in the taxable year received for the operation of a business owned
13in whole or in part by a Wisconsin state legislator.”.

13. Page 33, line 21: after that line insert:
2 Section 70m. 71.34 (1k) (q) of the statutes is created to read:
3 71.34 (1k) (q) For taxable years beginning after December 31, 2018, an addition
4shall be made for the amount of the loans under sections 276 (a) and (b) and 278 (a)
5of Division N of P.L. 116-260 forgiven in the taxable year received for the operation
6of a business owned in whole or in part by a Wisconsin state legislator.” .
74. Page 37, line 3: after that line insert:
8 Section 80m. 71.45 (2) (a) 22. of the statutes is created to read:
9 71.45 (2) (a) 22. For taxable years beginning after December 31, 2018, by
10adding to federal taxable income the amount of the loans under sections 276 (a) and
11(b) and 278 (a) of Division N of P.L. 116-260 forgiven in the taxable year received for
12the operation of a business owned in whole or in part by a Wisconsin state legislator.”.
