AB914-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

AB914-AA1,1,3 “ Section 1m. 60.23 (32) (b) 6. of the statutes is created to read:

AB914-AA1,1,5 60.23 (32) (b) 6. The town of Gibraltor may create a tax incremental district under subd. 2. only if all of the following conditions apply:

AB914-AA1,1,6 a. The district terminates no later than September 30, 2032.

AB914-AA1,1,8 b. The developer's agreement includes a letter of credit that guarantees repayment of the debt service on the project costs.”.
