AB86-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB86-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 4: delete “and massage therapy".

AB86-AA1,1,3 2. Page 5, line 19: after that line insert:

AB86-AA1,1,4 “(gm) Use or assume the title “doctor” or “physician.”” .

AB86-AA1,1,5 3. Page 5, line 22: delete lines 22 and 23 and substitute:

AB86-AA1,1,8 “(i) Make a diagnosis of a medical disease. This paragraph does not prohibit a complementary and alternative health care practitioner from responding generally to a client's expressed concerns.”.
