ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 82

AB82-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB82-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with “information, including" and ending with “distributed under sub. (3)," on line 6 and substitute “information”.

AB82-AA2,1,4 2. Page 3, line 1: delete lines 1 to 12 and substitute:

AB82-AA2,1,8 “(3m) At the beginning of a season for a youth athletic activity, the person operating the youth athletic activity shall ensure that the information developed under sub. (2) is included in the information sheet required to be distributed under s. 118.293 (3) (a).”.

AB82-AA2,1,9 3. Page 4, line 5: delete “s. 118.2935 (3)" and substitute “s. 118.2935 (3m)".
