AB721-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB721-AA2,1,4 1. Page 1, line 3: after “Community College" insert “and allowing such authorizers to require those charter schools to provide instruction in American Indian history, culture, and tribal sovereignty".

AB721-AA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 1: after that line insert:

AB721-AA2,1,6 “ Section 2. 118.40 (2r) (cr) of the statutes is created to read:

AB721-AA2,1,10 118.40 (2r) (cr) An entity under par. (b) 1. g. or h. may require that a charter school established under a contract with the entity includes in the charter school's curriculum instruction in the history, culture, and tribal sovereignty of the federally recognized American Indian tribes and bands located in this state.”.
