AB717-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 2: delete “pursuant to" and substitute “under section 5003 of".
AB717-AA1,1,5 32. Page 2, line 5: after “deductible." insert “Amounts excluded under this
4paragraph by a tax-option corporation or partnership shall be treated as tax-exempt
5income for purposes of sections 705 and 1366 of the Internal Revenue Code.".
