1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 3, line 8: delete “no penalty for mother" and substitute “liability of
3parent or guardian".

42. Page 3, line 10: delete lines 10 to 12 and substitute:

5“(b) A parent or guardian of a child born alive may not be held criminally or
6civilly liable for the actions of a health care provider to which the parent or guardian
7did not give consent and that are in violation of sub. (2) or (3) or s. 940.01 (1) (c).”.

83. Page 5, line 16: delete the material beginning with “The mother" and ending
9with “paragraph." on line 19.
