AB588-AA1,1,2 21. Page 3, line 6: delete lines 6 to 8.

AB588-AA1,1,3 32. Page 3, line 16: delete lines 16 to 24 and substitute:

AB588-AA1,1,8 4“(b) 1. The commission shall prohibit an electric provider from restricting a
5customer from charging a fee to users who park near or connect to the customer's
6charging facility if the fee charged is a flat fee, is based on the amount of time a user
7parks near or is connected to the charging facility, or is based on the amount of
8electricity the user consumes.”.
