AB573-AA1,1,8 1. Page 3, line 18: after “under this paragraph." insert “All information furnished under this paragraph shall be considered confidential and may be compiled or published only for purposes of establishing and maintaining a publicly accessible map of broadband service availability in this state as required under this paragraph. If the commission contracts with a private vendor to establish and maintain the map, the information disclosed to the commission may be disclosed to the private vendor under the same or similar rules of confidentiality.".
