4compiled or published only for purposes of establishing and maintaining a publicly
5accessible map of broadband service availability in this state as required under this
6paragraph. If the commission contracts with a private vendor to establish and
7maintain the map, the information disclosed to the commission may be disclosed to
8the private vendor under the same or similar rules of confidentiality.".
