ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 367

AB367-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB367-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after “Falls" insert “and making an appropriation".

AB367-ASA1-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 7: delete “from the moneys allocated under par. (e)" and substitute “from the appropriations under s. 20.192 (1) (a) and (r)".

AB367-ASA1-AA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 12: after “loan." insert “The corporation may establish an interest rate for the loan that is below the market rate, as determined by the corporation. At the corporation's discretion, the loan may be forgivable. The loan is not subject to s. 238.124, and the corporation may award the loan notwithstanding the cap on expenditures under s. 20.192 (1) (a).".
