AB366-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:
AB366-AA1,1,3 3 Section 1d. 23.33 (1) (d) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB366-AA1,1,84 23.33 (1) (d) “All-terrain vehicle trail" means a marked corridor on public
5property, in a highway right-of-way, or on private lands subject to public easement
6or lease, designated for use by all-terrain vehicle operators by the governmental
7agency having jurisdiction, but excluding roadways of highways except those
8roadways that are seasonally not maintained for motor vehicle traffic.
AB366-AA1,1h 9Section 1h. 23.33 (4) (e) 3. (intro.) of the statutes is renumbered 23.33 (4) (e)
103. and amended to read:
AB366-AA1,2,211 23.33 (4) (e) 3. During hours of darkness in the same direction as motor vehicle
12traffic in the nearest lane unless all of the following apply: the all-terrain vehicle or

1utility terrain vehicle is operated on a designated and marked all-terrain vehicle
2trail or snowmobile trail, as defined in s. 350.01 (17).
