ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 334

AB334-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB334-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 20: delete “who is involved" and substitute “whose actions caused death or great bodily harm or who discharged a firearm at a person".

AB334-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 7: after that line insert:

AB334-AA1,1,5 “ Section 5. Effective date.

AB334-AA1,1,7 (1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 6th month beginning after publication.”.
