AB242-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB242-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 1: after “establishments” insert “and making an appropriation”.

AB242-AA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB242-AA2,1,4 “ Section 1c. 20.835 (4) (f) of the statutes is created to read:

AB242-AA2,1,7 20.835 (4) (f) Distributions to local governments for sales tax holiday. A sum sufficient to make the distributions to local governments under 2021 Wisconsin Act .... (this act).”.

AB242-AA2,1,8 3. Page 3, line 4: after that line insert:

AB242-AA2,1,12 “(3) Distributions to local governments. From the appropriation under s. 20.835 (4) (f), the department of revenue shall make distributions to local governments based on the reduction in revenue collected under subch. V of ch. 77 due to the sales tax holiday created under sub. (1).”.
