AB128-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 1: delete “informed" and substitute “written".
AB128-AA1,1,4 32. Page 2, line 1: delete “50.373 (1)" and substitute “ 50.373 Pelvic
4examinations on anesthetized or unconscious female patients. (1)

AB128-AA1,1,6 53. Page 2, line 3: delete the material beginning with “written and" and ending
6with “informed" on line 4 and substitute “written”.
AB128-AA1,1,8 74. Page 2, line 7: delete “unconscious" and substitute “unconscious, except as
8provided in sub. (3)".
AB128-AA1,1,9 95. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:
AB128-AA1,2,2 10(3) A policy under sub. (2) may not prohibit any person authorized to perform
11a pelvic examination from performing a pelvic examination on a patient when the
12patient is unconscious, a pelvic examination is required for diagnostic purposes, and

1it would be detrimental to the patient to delay examination until written consent can
2be obtained.”.
