SR2-SA3,1,3 “ Section 7m. Senate rule 82m is created to read:

SR2-SA3,1,9 Senate Rule 82m. Supermajority vote for certain bills, resolutions, and appointments. During the period that begins on the day after the general election, as defined in section 5.02 (5) of the statutes, and ends on the day before the start of the next legislative biennial session, no house of the legislature may pass a bill, adopt a resolution, or confirm an appointment without the approval of two-thirds of those members present and voting.”.
