SB821-SSA1,16,1713 (b) By May 15, 2020, and annually by May 15 thereafter, the department, the
14department of administration, and the legislative fiscal bureau shall jointly certify
15to the joint committee on finance an estimate of the amount necessary to appropriate
16under s. 20.255 (2) (ac) in the following school year to ensure that state school aids
17equal two-thirds of partial school revenues.
SB821-SSA1,16,2018 (c) By June 30, 2020, and biennially by June 30 thereafter, the joint committee
19on finance shall determine the amount appropriated under s. 20.255 (2) (ac) in the
