SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 774

SB774-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB774-SA1,1,5 1. Page 4, line 4: delete the material beginning with ““Drinking water” means" and ending with “as determined by the department." on line 5 and substitute ““Drinking water source” means a body of surface water that is used as a source of public or private drinking water or a groundwater aquifer.”.

SB774-SA1,1,7 2. Page 4, line 13: delete “drinking water sample" and substitute “drinking water source sample".

SB774-SA1,1,9 3. Page 4, line 16: delete the material beginning with “surface water" and ending with “drinking water" on line 17 and substitute “drinking water sources”.

SB774-SA1,1,11 4. Page 4, line 24: delete the material beginning with “, including rule" and ending with “administrative actions" on page 5, line 1.
