1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 4, line 4: delete the material beginning with ““Drinking water” means"
3and ending with “as determined by the department." on line 5 and substitute
4““Drinking water source” means a body of surface water that is used as a source of
5public or private drinking water or a groundwater aquifer.”.

62. Page 4, line 13: delete “drinking water sample" and substitute “drinking
7water source sample".

83. Page 4, line 16: delete the material beginning with “surface water" and
9ending with “drinking water" on line 17 and substitute “drinking water sources”.

104. Page 4, line 24: delete the material beginning with “, including rule" and
11ending with “administrative actions" on page 5, line 1.

15. Page 5, line 10: on lines 10, 16 and 20, delete “5 positive tests" and substitute

36. Page 6, line 20: delete “drinking water" and substitute “drinking water
