SB605-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB605-SA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 12: before “The department shall" insert “When a complex needs patient is in need of new complex rehabilitation technology, the patient shall obtain prior authorization as set forth under this subsection.".

SB605-SA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 12: on lines 12 and 15, delete “physician" and substitute “qualified health care professional".
