1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 1, line 4: delete that line and substitute:

3“ Section 1g. 341.65 (1) (a) of the statutes is renumbered 341.65 (1) (a) (intro.)
4and amended to read:

5 341.65 (1) (a) (intro.) “Immobilization device" means a device or mechanism
6which that immobilizes a motor vehicle by locking doing any of the following:

71. Locking around a wheel, thereby making the motor vehicle inoperable.

8Section 1r. 341.65 (1) (a) 2. of the statutes is created to read:

9 341.65 (1) (a) 2. Being placed upon the front windshield to obstruct the driver's
10view through the windshield.”.
