SB329-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB329-SA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: delete the material beginning with “and" and ending with “authority" on line 4.

SB329-SA2,1,5 2. Page 2, line 6: delete “an amount to be set by the commissioner by rule" and substitute “$50".

SB329-SA2,1,7 3. Page 2, line 9: delete “an amount to be set by the commissioner by rule" and substitute “$50".

SB329-SA2,1,9 4. Page 3, line 2: delete “an amount to be set by the commissioner by rule" and substitute “$50".

SB329-SA2,1,11 5. Page 8, line 2: delete the material beginning with “, except" and ending with “occurrence" on line 5.
