SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 264

SB264-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB264-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 4: after “placed on a" insert “desk or other".

SB264-SA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 8: delete “or printer with optional floor stand" and substitute “; an automated teller machine, as defined in s. 134.85 (1) (a)".

No later than August 1 the first day of the 2nd month of each program year, beginning with August 1, 2010, a registered recycler shall report to the department the total weight of eligible electronic devices collected in this state that the recycler received for recycling on behalf of a manufacturer registered under sub. (3) during the preceding program year and the name of the manufacturer.”.
