SB205-AA2,1,4 21. Page 1, line 4: after “colleges" insert “, providing funding related to PFAS

4under s. 36.50.
SB205-AA2,1e 5Section 1e. 20.370 (4) (as) of the statutes is created to read:
SB205-AA2,2,116 20.370 (4) (as) PFAS drinking water sampling. From the environmental
7fund, as a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for testing water
8samples for the presence of perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substances in
9noncommunity water systems that may be in proximity to perfluoroalkyl or
10polyfluoroalkyl substances contamination and in municipal public water supply
11systems, as defined by the department by rule.

2the amounts in the schedule for sampling and testing the environment, wildlife,
3facilities, and other sites for perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances.
SB205-AA2,1g 4Section 1g. 20.370 (4) (ay) of the statutes is created to read:
SB205-AA2,3,95 20.370 (4) (ay) PFAS investigation and assistance. From the environmental
6fund, as a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for investigating
7emerging contaminants that are perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substances and
8providing temporary potable water or treatment systems when no responsible party
9for contamination is available.
SB205-AA2,1h 10Section 1h. 20.370 (4) (az) of the statutes is created to read:
SB205-AA2,3,1311 20.370 (4) (az) PFAS settlement funds. From the PFAS action fund, all
12moneys described under s. 25.461 to carry out the purposes for which they are
13received.
SB205-AA2,1i 14Section 1i. 20.370 (6) (es) of the statutes is created to read:
SB205-AA2,3,1715 20.370 (6) (es) Environmental aids PFAS municipal grant program.
16Biennially, from the environmental fund, the amounts in the schedule for the PFAS
17municipal grant program under s. 292.66.
SB205-AA2,1j 18Section 1j. 20.435 (1) (q) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB205-AA2,3,2419 20.435 (1) (q) Groundwater and air quality standards. From the
20environmental fund, the amounts in the schedule to develop groundwater standards
21and implement ch. 160 and, to assist in the development of emission standards for
22hazardous air contaminants under s. 46.34, to conduct blood testing under s. 254.25,

SB205-AA2,4,186 (1) Position authorizations; health services. In the schedule under s. 20.005
7(3) for the appropriation to the department of health services under s. 20.435 (1) (a),
8the dollar amount for fiscal year 2019-20 is increased by $17,500 to fund the increase
9of the authorized FTE advanced toxicologist project position for the department
10under 2019 Assembly Bill .... (LRB-5532) and by $20,500 to fund increase of the
11authorized FTE research scientist project position for the department under 2019
12Assembly Bill .... (LRB-5532). In the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) for the
13appropriation to the department of health services under s. 20.435 (1) (a), the dollar
14amount for fiscal year 2020-21 is increased by $70,000 to fund the increase of the
15authorized FTE advanced toxicologist project position for the department under
162019 Assembly Bill .... (LRB-5532) and by $81,900 to fund the increase of the
17authorized FTE research scientist project position for the department under 2019
