SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 184

SB184-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB184-SA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 13: after “department" insert “or two semesters at a private school in this state while the individual held a license or permit issued by the department".

SB184-SA1,1,8 2. Page 2, line 13: delete the material beginning with “district or charter" and ending with “taught under the" on line 14 and substitute “district, cooperative educational service agency, charter school, or private school that employed the individual while the individual taught in this state while the individual held a”.

SB184-SA1,1,10 3. Page 2, line 16: delete “experience." and substitute “experience, as defined by the department by rule.".
