AB859-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB859-AA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 12: delete lines 12 and 13 and substitute “(a) “Housing agency” means the”.

AB859-AA1,1,4 2. Page 4, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute:

AB859-AA1,1,6 “(b) “Housing grant” means any grant administered by the department of administration under s. 16.303 or 16.309.”.

AB859-AA1,1,10 3. Page 5, line 24: after “subdivision." insert “The department of administration shall promulgate rules establishing how and based on what information the department will give priority to housing grant applications under this paragraph and prescribing the form of application for receiving priority.".

AB859-AA1,1,12 4. Page 9, line 4: delete “improve its" and substitute “improve its housing stock or".

AB859-AA1,2,2 5. Page 9, line 8: after “received" insert “that are not supporting housing stock improvements".

AB859-AA1,2,5 6. Page 9, line 11: after “units" insert “, with at least 50 percent of the funds supporting units for families with incomes of up to 60 percent of the county's median household income".
