AB844-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB844-AA1,1,2 1. Page 9, line 23: delete “data bank" and substitute “database".

AB844-AA1,1,3 2. Page 9, line 25: delete “alleged or suspected".

AB844-AA1,1,4 3. Page 10, line 1: delete “data bank" and substitute “database".

AB844-AA1,1,6 4. Page 10, line 5: delete the material beginning with “throughout" and ending with “process" on line 6.

AB844-AA1,1,8 5. Page 10, line 7: delete the material beginning with “storage" and ending with “analysis" on line 8 and substitute “destruction.”.

AB844-AA1,1,10 6. Page 10, line 9: delete the material beginning with “or" and ending with “regarding" on line 10.

AB844-AA1,2,7 “(6m) (a) Whenever a Wisconsin law enforcement agency or a health care professional collects evidence in a case of sexual assault, the agency or professional shall enter the information required in the department's rules under sub. (7) into the Wisconsin Sexual Assault Kit Tracking System.

AB844-AA1,2,11 (b) Whenever the crime laboratories perform deoxyribonucleic acid analysis of a sexual assault kit, the crime laboratories shall enter the information required in the department's rules under sub. (7) into the Wisconsin Sexual Assault Kit Tracking System.”.
