AB796-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB796-AA1,1,3 21. Page 3, line 17: delete the material beginning with “The" and ending with
3“$50,000." on line 19.

AB796-AA1,1,5 42. Page 4, line 13: delete the material beginning with “The department" and
5ending with “that project." on line 16.

AB796-AA1,1,6 63. Page 4, line 16: after that line insert:

AB796-AA1,1,10 7“(4m) The department may not make a grant to an agricultural producer and
8the eligible university entities collaborating with the agricultural producer in an
9amount that totals more than $50,000. No more than 20 percent of this total amount
10may be awarded to the collaborating eligible university entities.”.
