AB660-AA6,1,3 “ Section 2m. 49.45 (9r) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB660-AA6,1,7 49.45 (9r) (d) When reviewing prior authorization requests for complex rehabilitation technology items, the department and managed care plans shall act within 10 working days of receiving complete, clinically relevant written documentation necessary to make a determination.”.
