AB551-AA2,1,6 21. Page 2, line 2: delete “land." and substitute “land, subject to the
3requirements of this chapter, or by reasonable restrictions imposed by the owner of
4the bed of the waterway necessary for the owner to comply with requirements
5imposed under state or federal law or a federal energy regulatory commission
6license.".
