SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 531

AB531-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB531-SA1,1,4 1. Page 1, line 6: delete “has the meaning given in s. 39.53 (1)" and substitute “means an institution or college campus within the University of Wisconsin System or a technical college under ch. 38".

AB531-SA1,1,7 2. Page 3, line 10: delete the material beginning with “school board" and ending with “private school" on line 11 and substitute “school board or operator of a charter school under s. 118.40 (2r) or (2x)”.

AB531-SA1,1,9 3. Page 3, line 12: delete “school board, operator, or governing body" and substitute “school board or operator".

AB531-SA1,1,11 4. Page 3, line 17: delete the material beginning with “school board" and ending with “body" on line 18 and substitute “school board or operator”.

AB531-SA1,2,3 5. Page 4, line 1: delete the material beginning with “school board" and ending with “private school" on line 2 and substitute “school board or operator of a charter school under s. 118.40 (2r) or (2x)”.
