AB39-AA1,1,3 “ Section 1d. 29.983 (1) (b) 1m. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB39-AA1,1,5 29.983 (1) (b) 1m. Any For any elk, an amount in the court's discretion that is not less than $2,000 and not more than $5,000.

AB39-AA1,1h Section 1h. 29.983 (1) (b) 3. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB39-AA1,1,7 29.983 (1) (b) 3. For any bear, wild turkey or wild swan, $175.

AB39-AA1,1p Section 1p. 29.983 (1) (b) 3m. of the statutes is created to read:

AB39-AA1,1,10 29.983 (1) (b) 3m. For any bear, an amount in the court's discretion that is not less than $175 and not more than $5,000.”.
