3“ Section 1m. 49.45 (29y) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

4 49.45 (29y) (am) In this subsection, “parent” means any of the following:

5 1. A parent.

6 2. A foster parent.

7 3. A guardian.

8 4. A relative, other than a parent, who lives with the student.”.
