ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 150

AB150-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB150-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 18: delete the material beginning with “located , except" and ending with “provided" on line 19 and substitute “ located, except where suitable care is otherwise provided”.

AB150-AA1,1,8 2. Page 2, line 21: after “cemetery" insert “by a veterans organization. Care is not proper and decent under this subsection unless it includes keeping headstones free of mildew, clean, upright, and level, with grass mowed below the level of the engravings if the headstone is upright".

AB150-AA1,1,11 3. Page 3, line 7: after “June 30." insert “The application shall certify that all graves cared for by the city, village, or town for which reimbursement is sought have received care that is proper and decent, as required under sub. (1).".
