* Section 991.11, Wisconsin Statutes: Effective date of acts. “Every act and every portion of an act enacted by the legislature over the governor's partial veto which does not expressly prescribe the time when it takes effect shall take effect on the day after its date of publication.”

2023 WISCONSIN ACT 99

An Act to amend 29.563 (2) (b) 6. and 29.563 (2) (b) 6m. of the statutes; relating to: nonresident archer and crossbow hunting license fees.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

99,1 Section 1. 29.563 (2) (b) 6. of the statutes, as affected by 2023 Wisconsin Act 19, is amended to read:

29.563 (2) (b) 6. Archer: $162.25 $197.25.

99,2 Section 2. 29.563 (2) (b) 6m. of the statutes, as affected by 2023 Wisconsin Act 19, is amended to read:

29.563 (2) (b) 6m. Crossbow: $162.25 $197.25.

99,3m Section 3m. Effective date.

(1) This act takes effect on March 1, 2024.
