2019 WISCONSIN ACT 174

An Act to create 194.015 of the statutes; relating to: an exception to federal hours of service requirements and modifying an administrative rule related to the exception.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

174,1 Section 1. 194.015 of the statutes is created to read:

194.015 Planting and harvesting period. For purposes of the exception in 49 CFR 395.1 (k), the planting and harvesting period is January 1 to December 31.

174,2 Section 2. Trans 325.01 of the administrative code is repealed.
