2019 WISCONSIN ACT 131
An Act to create 97.67 (5m) (c) of the statutes; relating to: electronic health records at recreational and educational camps.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
131,1 Section 1 . 97.67 (5m) (c) of the statutes is created to read:
97.67 (5m) (c) If the department requires health services staff to make a record of medication administered or treatment provided to a camper or staff member, the department shall allow such records to be made and maintained electronically, if done in a system that documents each change to the health record and that does not allow previous changes to the health record to be edited or deleted.
