Related to: Repeal OJA 1 to reflect current statutes. 2011 Act 29 repealed the traffic stop data collection provisions created in 2009 Wisconsin Act 28 (the 2009-11 Biennial Budget) effective June 30, 2011. The Act specifically repeals the rule-making authority of the Office of Justice Assistance (OJA) relating to the types of information that law enforcement agencies must collect regarding the driver and occupants of each motor vehicle stopped by an officer (contained in OJA 1), and repeals the requirement that OJA analyze the information submitted to it by law enforcement agencies
