On June 24, 2025, the Medical Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule revises Med 1, relating to Licensure Requirements.

The scope statement for this rule, SS 099-24, was approved by the Governor on September 12, 2024, published in Register No. 825A4 on September 23, 2024, and approved by the Medical Examining Board on October 27, 2024. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on August 20, 2025.
